Complain regarding Customer care officer Rohit

Hi

My number is 9975409629 . My complain is on a airtel customer care officer. His name is Rohit. picks a call when called from Pune. Who just makes false promises. I got a new airtel connection which was post paid. For which I have given my license as address proof. They rejected my government issued address proof saying the photo has been stuck. Then this fellow Rohit asked me mail my Pass port scan copy to riseoflibra@gmail.com. Which I did. Even after that they blocked my number and told me to Contact the airtel showroom. When I went there. They are asking me to fill all the details again and submit all the proofs again. When I call AirTel customer care. There is no one who knows english there. Then why the hell do you give an option for english. Airtel has a good name in our country. It is only because of few people who does not do their work properly. It ruins its own name.
