Deduction of Balance

Yesterday i was frm my mobile no.9998107209 surfing internet and all of a sudden Rs. 65/- has been deducted from my main balance account. I already have Rs. 98/- GPRS activated plan for internet surfing, but eventhough such balance has been deducted and also i recd sms tht i have downloaded game for which such balance was deducted.

Frankly speaking, i have not downloaded any games or application. Numerous of time airtel are deducting the balance by any mean.

One more thing to share that there Customer Care Executive are also not speaking to us (198) is dialed.

I want my balance anyhow which has been deducted of Rs.65/- to my account, please.
