Unauthorised calls

Dear Sir,

I am getting unauthorised calls from you customer mobile No.9980172771 (karnataka) and called your customer he told me that you can't do anything. today 1.13 am again I got missed call from him 3 times, when I called him he not attending the call.

Kindly help me to avoid future disturbance from him, otherwise I forced to Make police complaint and to take necesary legal actions against him.
