Airtel Live Not Working & for payment

1.My mobile number is 9954303657 but from the date of my connection my airtel live services are not working.

I have called at customer care almost a 100 times but no one responded positivly.

2.The credit limit of my a/c. is 1500/- but last month i got a bill of 2430/- why they did not disconnected my outgoing when my credit limit croosed. After that i made a payment of Rs.2430/-

on 01/07 at 11.30 am but they called at my home at 2 pm

and they abused my father to pay bill. why???
