Hi

i hav given request to change ma connection from prepaid to postpaid on 26th of june i have submited all required documents and done the deposit since then my connection is been dissconected from prepaid and and not updated for postpaid

however i tried calling customer care prepaid section says its a pospaid number and postpaid says its a prepaid number...

and now i dont know what to do.

plzzzzzzz activate my number ASAP its 919960435888

its afecting my business.
