No Validity given on recharging with 148

I am a airtel retailer. 9931108007 had been activeted on 12.04.2008 & rechareged with 148 on 14.4.2008 but the validity is yet 0. I have complained many times to easy helpline but the result is nothing. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
