No incoming calls

My mob No. is 9001064393 i took this connection on 26th May. Since den am giving complaints to local costmer care dat am not getting any incoming calls from different part of our country. But till now even after a month there is no solutions from your airtel, the same problem is creating a finacial loss to me. So please do the needfull or change my SIM through local dealers.
