Blocking of the Airtel Sim

Hi,

I had bought an Airtel connection (postpaid) last month. Even after submitting all docs my Sim was blocked after 1 week due to address verification, but it was released within 3 days. Now again since 20 days my Sim is blocked due to the same issue without even informing me in prior. I Had complained against this many times, but the response is verification is still in process. How long would it take for address verification? if concerned people are not doing their job why should we suffer?

Soon Airtel will be known for its BAD customer Service...
