we kind inform to you that mr.govind tolani, the erstwhile owner of premises no B 36/10P-J-1A, sankat mochan, varanasiallowed you in november to use small portion af the roof of above property for installation of transmission tower. Mr. Govind tolani passed away for heavenly abode on 16-02 and thereafter his wife, sons, and daughter transferred by way of absolute sale the said property to us, the notice givers vide deed of sale dt.23-11, which is registered with sub-registrar II, varanasi. We the under signed owners of the said property do not wish you to use any portion of the roof of the said property and as such your license to use the said roof is hereby revoked. You are hereby called up on dismantle the tower and remove your belongings at your earliest of the receipt of this letter. It is very urjent to dismantle the tower because the portion of the roof is going on to cuntruction kindly request to you for dismentle the tower as soon as your earliest and inform immedeatly Thanking you `
