Unwanted deduction

Yesterday i received a message from AD-54321--stating thanks for downloading Hungama Content Game from airtel and i have been charged Rs.10 for this, but i had never subscribed for it, this is the FOURTH or FIFTH time this has happened in last two months and this is ridiculous. I want the refund for all this charges (Rs.50) and most important is i don't want to see such unwanted reductions in future. Looking forward for your quick response.
