Reduction of balance without any cause

On 10 july my balance got reduced from rs 89 to rs 58 without any cause.when i called customer care they answered differently.when i said them that i will complain to consumer forum they send me a message that your hello tune will be activated.but i have never requested them to activate hello tune.
