Having problem with national sms service

I have an airtel account of this no-09730542807, from past two months i have activated national sms package worth rs. 49/- and 108/-, but smsing on few nos rs. 1.50/- are being deducted from my main account, i have registerd many complaints to the company customer care representative from last 15 days but i didn't get any response.

Please sort out my problem.
