Connectivity and Lack of process

The fire at Lower Parel has clearly shown that the company has no back up plan and not geared for any emergency. The blackberry service provided is absolutely useless as mojority of time you cannot call "Radio Path Unavailable" is the sessage you get. Connectivity is very poor across the city. Unfortunately I have three Airtel Connections and none of them have proper connectivity. Mcheck launched by the for Bill payment is a faliure as nor the website nor their online system works. To Top it they have tied up with Kingfisher and Amex for their credit card. The co branded card is not accepted on the website or their bill payment centre. It clearly shows how weal their internal process are and external comitment to its consumers is all of very poor quality
