Fake billing

Hi guys my self vineet n no is 9872858576 im using airtel since from 4 years but now in 08 jan to feb month billing i got they charged me for gprs which i dont use i used only frenzo chat in there airtel live n there r mention 15rs for 15 days its ok i continue it for month when month is complet my outgoing call barred i imidate call cust care n said y u barred my out going they said for credit limit cross but my credit limit is 1700 i said her give me detail y my bill is 1700 they said u use gprs for 541:50 n for calling n rent totel bill 1263.97 n for unbill 900 for only 6 days bcoz my no bill ganrate on 23 feb n outging barred on 28 feb i said her im not using gprs i used only frendzo n they said when u got bill u know detait for gprs i said ok but i get my bill on 3 mar 08 n call again cust care n they said call gprs helpline i called there on 6 mar n he said sir we farwared ur complaint to tecnition n after 4 days i call again on 10 mar he said sir ur complaint exelated for ur frenzo 30paisa 20kb not cutting in future i said give me waved first n he said sir give us 2 days for refund ur money token no i said kn its too long time n my bill due date is 14 n he suspend my no on 12 mar n i paid it on 30 mar full pament of rs 2100 for activate my no n now here 22 jul its not solve i countinusely calling cust care gprs helpline n now he said u use internet which i don't use i said many time i have frenzo subscribe msz its fake he said we dont know n when i said give me ditaled for gprs what i use in the said we don't have detail n i said tel me when i use it its only 35655 kb in month n my privious billng i used 70 to 80 mb in day how can i used 35 n half mb in month how they said sir nothin happend for it u pay for it so what can i do now plz tel me how can i get back my money n also tax of bill i paid...?
