Egarding disconnection of life time plan

I have recharged with 495 plan that given me a validity of 2010.also i have recharged with more than 150 amount within 6 months period.

however my connection been disconnected without any message why?

now what i have to do being with the same number.

But i don't want to being with any mid term recharge condition.
