Very very bad service

I hav activated my hellotune of aditi song of jane tu ya jane na film. but it is not ringing. behind that i got airtel hello tune automatically. i paid Rs50 for the hellotune. my money is not refunded nor my hellotune. customer care is responding so badly as i called them 10 times.
