Illing related problem

Dear Sir,
I subscribed for Your Airtel Broad Band Connection -555 Plan on 29th July. It ensured me to provide 2 G.B in a month.
The problem is I am not at all satisfied with the billing criteria, because it doesn't dispaly the information rearding my total Downloads till date.
I havent done much of downloading, and the billing shows much higher amount than expected.
so I will request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
