Illegal deduction of recharge money to the mobile fn of airtel connection and continuous neglifgnce from airtel customer support

Hi This is Indranil Som residing at Bangalore, kodihali, J.B nagar. I would like to inform you that I have recharged my airtel mobile phone on 2nd of april, I have got a massage from their side that mobile has been recharged by Rs.200/- but while I was trying to call somebody they are saying that there is no balance to make a call. Till today the amount has not been credited to my phone. Today again I called up them and asked about the recharge but now they are saying that it will be delayed for one day. For this kind of bad service, I am facing very much problem and it is regular happening with Airtel connection. They are activating something without informing us anything and for that they are deducting amount continuously. I am unable to have a peace of mind because of their negligence and ignorance.
