False balance deduction

I had lodge a complaint for false balance deduction on my no 9967712901, in airtel gallery, they haven't sorted out my complaint i have still not received any explanation for the deduction.i am tired of calling them and now they have bared my number for one month.they don't keep updated their service and deduct the balance on any day for no valid reason.i require ur help
