Masti Messages

I have never subscribed for masti messages on airtell mobile no 9890099350. They started sending masti messages and deducting 10 Rs/Week. I realy fed up with this service and called them then 10th pass or 12 pass call center people pick up the phone and give some answer and says we have registed your request and it will be deactivated. I get SMS regarding same but again service get resumed. I am not able to find any personal email or phone no of airtel to escalate issue. It happened with so many people in Nanded district as they do not know how to contact higher level people so they stay closing their mouth. Give me solution over this.
