Network problem

Hi this is aravind from mangalore (karnataka)... as we are facing airtel network problem in permude (4km from bajpe airport) we have airtel tower in bajpe and kateel which is 4 km from our place... but we dont get proper signal in these areas especialy in yekkar, permude church area... we request you to kindly solve our problem... actually i compained to cc but there is no positive reply from cc...
