Airtel prepaid refill done but not added to balance

Dear Team,

I had refilled a prepaid airtel number 91 9967336584 on 28th April through my credit card (Citibank). However, though the credit card authorities say that the transaction has been cleared from their end, there has been no credit to the balance of the above mentioned number. A confirmation from the credit card authorities has been recieved stating that the refill has been successfully done. However, when called the airtel customer care, the officer stated that there has been no recharge made.

This is not the first time i have refilled this number through my credit card.

Request you to kindly look into the issue and get the same sorted. Looking forward for an early resolution.
