TO WHOM EVER IT MAY CONCERN
I M NOT ATALL HAPPY WIT AIRTEL SERVICES.FIRSTLY DEY NEED TO IMPROVISE ON CUSTOMER CARE WIT THEIR CAL CENTRE PEOPLE.THEY DONT KNO HOW TO SPEAK TO THEIR CLIENTS.
SECONDLY I HAD TAKEN A DUPLICATE SIM CARD ON 25/08/08 AT 2 PM N WAS TOLD MY PHONE WIL GET ACTIVATED BY 6 PM AND TIL TODAY THE 27TH MY PHONE IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED... WAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS...
