Automatic activation of VAS

I am using the prepaid no of Airtel 9872362994.

From last four month the service for jobs on mobile service gets activated every month. I've given request to deactivate the same many times. but again this problem occurs.

I've called many times on 121, but on 30-Aug, I've called thrice for this issue & for Hellotune. Then they barred the 121 service of my No.
