Regarding unnessary chargs

From last four to five month in every bill other sms chargs on my add on number i.e.9915280722 is charged without I activate this service and I also deactive this service two or three time. but still said chargs is not deactivate in my add on bill. I am very much upset. Kindly do the needful and deactivate said service parmanently. Otherwise I have to take further course of action.
