Joke pack not getting unsubscribed

My no. is 9871038180. I have been trying to unsubscibe a joke pack from last 5 months but all in vain. everytime i get lot of reference no., assurances and apologies and sms format for unsubscription but nothing works and on 16th of every month Rs 10 are deducted from my balance. this time i got sms from 64611010 that i have been renewed for SM_103_SMS_SUBDELSMS on airtel IVR. Now the worst part with airtel is there is no option to talk to customer service executive but recorded message ask to sms ur query to 121 and your problem is never solved. has airtel got no money to employ curtomer service executives or they are least concerned about their customers?
