Airtel is failure to resolve problem facing since 15 july' 08

Sir,

Since 15 July' I am continiously receiving per day 4-5 mail alerts by Airtel sender 64611001. The details of alerts is as Fallows :

You've been renewed for (TextBasedServices) subscription services on Airtel SMS. You have been charged Rs 1.

I have been continously registered complained at the cutomer care & Head office of Airtel but they are helpless to resolve the problem till date. Due to this, I have already lost @ 125 rupees for the same.

Plz do the needful for deactivation of 64611001 & refund the invalid deduction charged on my Airtel no. 9960965743.
