Airtel Mobile Office Not Working

In my area the Airtel Mobile Office is not working & the charge for that service is cutted .in other area it is working easily. I complaint 4 times to customer care but no response form them. Give my 395 rs. or i can go on consumer forum in 7 days after this complain.
