Unwanted calls & sms

Respected sir,

my self Pratibha doing study in 12th clas in jaipur & i m a Airtel customer, sir there is any person whose no is -9602429171.i think it's a airtel no. he calls me from this no. & talks me with very ugly & irrespectable behaviour. he send me too much ugly & shameless sms at any time.i m not able to do anything. i dont know who is this person. i have all relatives & friend with Airtel contact no. so whenever i change my contact no. he try on that no. also. i m in a big problem. because of a joint family i don't want to tell about this matter for my parents & as a girl i have no strength to complain in Police Station. Airtel's customer care's employee not able to tell me the contact details because of ur restriction. kindly if you havn't any problem so give me address OR call details of this person threw my e-mail id OR do some favour for me that what should i do in this condition. Plz sir i m in big problem else i will not say u abot my problem.
