Payment collected twice

I have taken an add on card.

They charged me clip charges

charged rent after cancelling the #

when i went to cancel the add on card, they said the o/s amount is 1491 and i paid, later they took the money from my credit card also. now they are not responding my complaints. if we pay late, they charge late charges. if they collect 2 times, are they going to pay us something like that???

Poor service.
