Regarding the call rates vouche

Hi,

This is to inform you that i m using airtel connection (9897249230). there were a scheme to make the all std calls cheaper. i have activated that voucher of rs.258 in my mobile, its works for a week properly but after a week its been deactivated aur what i dont know exactly. but i m not able to make any call in Rs. 1 now. it is charging 1:30 rs which was the normal std charges. i have already raised a req. in airtel office also they have given me a req. no which is (007600). so now i just want to confirm that what is the status of that and how much time it will take.. and from when it has got diactivated i want the reimbusement for all the days.. kindly revert me back asap.. thanks
