Airtel number not given I have paid 1000 rupees

Hi

Seven mounth befor i joined a company named Ibm. There airtel sellers used to come to sell their corperate connections. that time i was new. He gave a post paid connection of 1000 rs and said you will have one rs std.

Now my issue is he took money from me but my phone number is not working from the very first day i even dont have the sim. I only have first mounth bill papers now they have disconnected my phone. Now i went to the airtel office to start my connection they said that guy will only do. now i dont have the number nor the place where that guy lives I want my connection activated i have paid thousand rs for it and myconnection is disconnected and airtel office is not helping where i should go. help
