Lack Of Network coverage

My mobile was not having network from 1st sep morning at 6.30 am onwards till now, & If any none calls on my cell no, it gets the reply that my cell is switch off, which is not right.

And its maharashtra circle Call centre is helpless to help me & directly told me to contact on 9892012345 mumbai call centre no.

But calling on this no, after some time the reply comes that It is not a valid no.
