Sir,

i have been using airtel postpaid no 9860120123 past 3 years.

an amount of some 5700 was accounted on my a/c which i never paid by cheqeu.because of this my next 2 bills showed in negative rupees.

but on 27 june i received bill of 2959 Rs to be paid immediate by 15 of july.as money available i paid it on 23 of august and asked for restart of my no 9860120123 with ur outlet in kalayaninagar pune.

they told to go to ur cirle office vega circle swargate pune.their ms sana handled my case and said she needed apporval from her seniors which she has not got till date.

she told that i would have to pay 1500 for no and 500 for the registration again.agreed this i till date havent received any communucation from here as i had given my no 9923210190 to here.

Request to u pl start my no as soon as possible.
