Not reliable

Hi iam using airtel connection and i cannot call some numbers for this i lodged a complaint on 6th sep 08 and they ask me to wait till 11 sep 08 so that the complaint can be recitified but after 11 sep 08 also my problem is not fixed again i call and enquired i got a reply from other side that i have to wait till 18 sep 08 coz they are looing into the problem... which is very pathic on the part of airtel because they take so much of time to fix a some problem and they make big promises in all sorts of media... while making promised they to make sure to stanfd up to it... but iam vey dissappointed about airtels services... and i also request all dear citizens dont go for airtel connection... they lure u in the begning but after u take connection u will be amongest the one like me... so do think over it before going got AIRTEL connections...
