My prepaid mobile number given to some body else while it is having a balance of

My cell no 9958663125 has been disconnected and alloted to some body else without my consent though it is having a balance of Rs 230.00, which is highly illegal. This cell connection is alloted after proper varification and photograph submission.

Their customer service does not respond. They always show intentionally engaged or diconnect the line. Their sister services also do not respond. No body is ready to give any alternate no or web site where complain can be lodged.

I am so fed up that I may get disconnected all other air tel and broad band connections I am having.

I was always going for air tel no when ever i needed one in my family or for relatives and was having lot of praise for them.

Probably they have grown very big and do not care for ordinary customer or their managment is not interested in setting their customer services in right interest of the custmers... one can see fall is imminent
