Outgoing calling facilitiy blocked frequently

In the time span of eighteen months third time my phone has been blocked without assigning any reason. And when I tried to contact the Airtel customer care service, Lucknow they just din't respond. Why, I need to know the reason of this frequent blockage of my calling facility. My phone no.9935072262.
