A case of Airtel not providing satisfactory servcies...

Hi,
This is to bring in notice a case customer dissatisfaction regarding usage of servic. I am a Airtel customer for last 3 years and I was satisfied by the services provided until I opted for GPRS connection.
I have started services from July but I find issues in connection though I am located in Sector 50 Noida. Despite regular complaints I am not able to get services.
For month of August 3-13th period I havent used GPRS though I have connected twice in the preiod but got no connection. On contacting Customer care
technical desk a standrad reply is provided that it might be due to technical glitches in the region and try in another hour.
Hence I requested to cancel the connection and revert the charges levied for August month. But despite regular requests that amount is being levied in my next month bill.
Please revert the amount.
