Sub: Deducting of amount Rs 30/- each time in regular intervals from my pre-paid balance amount having Mb. No.: 9971753513 without any information.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am your regular customer having Mb. No. 9971753513 of Airtel. It is a matter of deep concern that Rs 30/- is always deducting without having any information. I have applied for song tune 3-4 months ago and Rs 30/- was deducted at that time but again Rs 30/- was deducted in regular Intervals/Monthly 3-4 times without any service (S) was demanded or added or information by me. Despite repeated attempts on your customer care support Number, I am unable to contact you since long. If this type of lapses has been conducted, it would be a matter of grief and let it be corrected please.

I again request you that the Wrongly Deducted amount may please be reimbursed at the earliest and communicated and in future, no such deductions is made without any information or by your service/support lapse.
