Non working software

I downloaded the softwares hellotune manager and mcheck for my nokia 7610 after downloaded the hellotunes manager doesnt work it alwats showa "error"... And i go for mcheck to have the transaction in my mobile itself for which they are showing the adds "Pay bill" "Transaction" "Recharge" but i filled up all the boxes and entered my card number also but for nearly two months it shows "Account verification is in progress please wait" They are making us a fool with softwares.
