Illegal Balance Reduction

I had activated Airtel NOP today (19-Sep) at about 11 am and after receiving the confirmation message I began to surf internet using NOP account. Before starting surfing my account balance was about Rs. 183. As per the company norms my account balance would be reduced by Rs. 5 only and I could surf unlimited for that day. But, after about 2 hours my account balance was reduced to Rs. 0.24 and the internet was disconnected. When I informed them they are telling that i've surfed using Airtel Live whereas I've surfed using Airtel NOP.

I would like to mention that 2-3 days ago they had reduced my account balance by Rs. 3.00 for a toll free sms. Though, they rectified their fault after being informed. But, in todays case they are not trying to rectify their fault.
