Joke subscription

I have an Airtel prepaid connection for 3 years.

Yesterday I got a message from airtel services that “Thanks for subscribing JOKE. You will recev the joke alerts from tommorow. Rs 30 have been charged on your number”. But I never subscribe this and they charged for it.

That time I unable to catch the customer. When I got them they told me that this is my fault and they blame me that

I have subscribed it. But I never had done it. Is there any solution for anyone?
