Nonsense deduction

I am using airtel for last 2 years, and for that i should be given medal of honour, Airtel WAS good for some students plan but now they turned to absolute bullsh*t,

Today i make call to mumbai (mine is pune number) for 16 min and they deduct 54 odd rupees from my account (3.40 per minute), Then i thought they might be considering mumbai as STD.. Then i make local call (Pune) but guess what still they deduct 3.40..I mean what the hell...

10 days back they started to deduct 25 paise for local SMS which was 10 paise initially...

And i believe for the last one odd month their customer care number is also not working... Whenever i try to call i listen same stuff like "This is not valid number"...

Cross connections are countless these days... Sure i'm gonna change airtel this weekend..But before that i need to know is there any way to contact airtel customer care and make them to revert back my money???
