I wish to inform you that I am customer of Airtel since last 10-12 years. Now I feel that the relationship with your company is not worth any more.

I have subscribed to 8-10 numbers under group scheme.

Since last 2 month we are facing a severe problem of line disconnection, poor quality of voice for incoming and out going calls, constant net work busy message etc. This problem is very severe in our office and area around it. Our office is situated at 1 – H -33, NIT, Faridabad, First floor.

We are in this office since 1994 and no construction has been made by us or in our neighboring area which could have started the problem.

Numerous complaints to customer care 121 as well as 9810012345 have gone unheard. The list of all the complaints I am sure will be available on your systems.

The customer care officers on phone have agreed that there is a network problem in the area and is being set right. Till date no person to check the signal strength or frequency or to evaluate the problem has ever visited us.

If you see our telephone bill records you will surely notice numerous calls of very short duration and multiple calls in 10-15 seconds to / from same numbers. This is an evident proof of call disconnection. As a right I demand that I such calls should not be billed us since these are due to your internal problem.

Even our customers who come to our office face the same problem during the time they are in our office. Our work and day to day activities is being severely hampered.

There is no question of faulty hand sets since firstly we are using latest Nokia handsets and the problem.

1. The level of service has gone down to a level which probably is the worst in the industry

2. the customer care department is virtually non existent and turn a blind eye towards complaints

3. No one seems to even care about the repeated complaints

Further I feel that why should Airtel not be penalized for inaction, inefficient services, making false promises for rectification of problem.
