Overchargin for change of hellotune

Using the latest service of a *121# i changed my hellotune on my mobile but was charged 8 times the amount and got the same message from airtel again and again which are saved in my mobile.
i complained to airtel customer care and the promised to solve it in 5 days but after 20 days passed they didnt contact me for the complaint so again i contacted them. this time they assured me that my balance will be restored to the tune of amount deducted but now around 20 days have passed and they have failed to do so.
even if i call them at customer care they don't give any definitive answer.
