NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE

This is to in form you that i am using a airtel network for a long period of time but now for the last fifteen days i have been facing a problem of low network coverage. I am unable to talk and communicate which is affecting my business at the same time. Would further request you to look into this problem or i fear i wouldnt clear the bill for the last month since i am not geting the adequate services. Hope the concerned authorities wil look into this matter. Therefore i want you to givme in this wriiten whenever the problem gets resolved.
