Arring services of life time airtel perpaid subscription

Eventhough My balence is sufficiant my lifetime prepaid services are barrded feom yesterday morning.once again rechared with some ammount. eventhen my services are not restored. Why suddenly services are barred to life time sim card. how it can be once again activated. This is the first time this kind of thing has happened. Why is it so. Some replied that there is a tech problem is it so. Do the need ful at the earliest.
