Regarding mis deduction of balance

I have the no 9755606381.I am using this no for last 4 months.in this period my balance has been deducted twice wrongly. Once I got back my balance but next time I didnot. I have complained to costumer care but they told we will reply you after 24 hours but i get no result. I am becoming mentaly tensed regarding this. Being a leading company why they are doing so.if you need the details of calls i hae made in this 4 month period then i can give you, I have all the details. I just want my balance back otherwise i will file a case though I have to pay more than my balance.
