Unauthorized deductions under "Mitti ke Rang"

My mother, an airtel user, found 5 deductions (of Rs.33 each) in 2 days from her prepaid airtel account. She has no clue to what "mitti ke rang" is and never subscribed/registered for anything like that. She lodged a complaint with the customer care but to no avail. Using prepaid number leaves users vulnerable to such deductions and they find themselves in no position to control/check such actions. TRAI should do something to give more power to the prepaid consumers.
