Airtel Cusotmer Care - No use

I am forced to write this complaint by Airtel Customer care which does not know information about airtel policy for shifting of broadband and telephone connection at new locations.
The request was made to Airtel on 11-June and every time i got misleading information about how much time it would take to restore the services at new location.
I have made 10 calls so far, and wanted to escalate this issues but no one is there to listen about the problem
Regretting that i had chose to use airtel. I am very disappointed by the services and customer handling of airtel.
